Three friends that finally decided to put together their sporting careers and knowledge with over 18 years building and creating trails around the Malaga region.  More than 50 podiums in National and International Competitions. Their devotion to cycling, their international experience and above all their pride for Andalucia.

The essence of Loose Downhill is to show the professionalism of these young people and share it with new friends who want to get to know this area of beautiful landscapes and surroundings, rich gastronomy, wide cultural spectrum and especially its cozy local population always open to all it’s visitors.

Our Mission

Our mission is to encourage and regularize the practice of sports such as downhill and endure creating and maintaining legalized places where it is possible to practice this sport. Creating a base on which any citizen from his youth can have the option of being able to practice this sport in an equally easy way than other popular sports.

Creating a culture and a stronger education on this and on the natural environment that surrounds us to emphasize the values and the natural resources that our locations have.

Creating a perfect link of sustainability between work and social life.

Loose downhill is a company born to defend the use and practice of mountain biking.

It has three missions:
1. Social: Promoting the creation of MTB centers, standardization of trails and projects that promote healthy exercise and sport as well as sustainable development.

2. Environmental: maintenance and protection of spaces, promoting responsible attitudes among users

3. Self-financing: Developing active tourism activities, training and courses related to the world of mountain biking.

Why Andalucia is the bike Paradise?

Mountain

The Andalucian terrain is characterized by the strong altitudinal contrast in its landscape of 45%. With abrupt and mountainous surfaces, always with a slope or hill higher than 15% which gives the opportunity to find all the different types of terrain in a reduced space.

Climate

The climate in Malaga is a typical Mediterranean climate. The average annual temperature is 18.5◦ with a maximum average of 25◦. The mildness dominates the winter climate, having practically no frosts. The rainfalls are concentrated in short periods of the year and the average humidity is 60% with and average of 43 days of rain per year concentrated over the coolest months.
